How it works:

The Test Kit:

  • For a $25 non-refundable fee, we’ll ship a chinrest directly to your door to test.

14 Days of Music:

  • Your trial starts the moment the package arrives. Use this time to explore different heights and tilts during your regular practice sessions and performance.

Take It of Leave It:

  • If you love the new setup, simply keep it! If you don’t send us the chinrest back after the trial ends, we know you love it and will finalize the payment.

  • And if it’s not the right fit, you have 3 days after the 14-day trial ends to ships it back at no charge. Just attach the included prepaid label and drop it off at the post office to ship it back.

  • Online orders have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the option you select at checkout.

  • You can buy a digital gift card that can be used online or in person at our New York store.

  • Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
