We know that finding the right chinrest is a deeply personal process. To help you play with greater intentionality and comfort, we offer a 14-day trial program.
How it works:
The Test Kit:
For a $25 non-refundable fee, we’ll ship a chinrest directly to your door to test.
14 Days of Music:
Your trial starts the moment the package arrives. Use this time to explore different heights and tilts during your regular practice sessions and performance.
Take It or Leave It:
If you love the new setup, simply keep it and 3 days after the trial ends we will charge the final $74 to your card to finalize the purchase.
And if it’s not the right fit, you have 3 days after the 14-day trial ends to ship it back at no charge. Just attach the included prepaid label and drop it off at the post office to ship it back.

Your trial begins the moment the tracking shows your package has been delivered. We want you to have a full two weeks of actual practice time, so we don't count the days it spends in the mail.

If you are having trouble using the chinrest, we are here to help. In the email we sent, you can schedule a free 30 minute online fitting with a fitting professional from the Embrace team.

If you love the chinrest, simply keep it! If we haven't received a tracking scan for your return by the 18th day after delivery (14 days for the trial + 3 days for shipping), we will process the remaining balance to the card on file.

The $25 fee covers the cost of two-way shipping and the maintenance of the chinrest between players. Because of this, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to keep or return the chinrest.

Easy. We include a prepaid return shipping label inside every box. Simply pack the chinrest back into its original packaging, stick the new label over the old one, and drop it off at any USPS location within 3 days of your trial ending.
